This floor support scaffolding is expensive to install, makes it difficult for trades to work around, and can cause damage during installation or removal.
Conventionally designed construction floors are not designed to support the loads that can be imposed during the construction process and often these floors are overloaded without realisation. The resulting consequences can be catastrophic.
Under-propping floors incurs considerable additional time and cost to install and remove, adds no value, complicates the build-process and can cause delays and consequential damage.
